Project Overview

We are working with one of our clients in who is a government agency to transform their approach to delivering software projects. This is starting with a small but wide impacting project that will provide significant value, while showcasing a better, more agile approach to using software to deliver user needs.

Skills/Experience

• Node.js - Using latest LTS and ESM modules.

• Express.js - Routing, middlewares, controllers, domain driven architecture, error handling and data api

• Nunjucks - As a templating engine for Express, using macros filters and layout inheritance

• Sass - Using @use modules

• Agile Software Development practices and principles

Nice to haves

• Good deal of experience of writing web applications using common good-practice programming patterns

• Understanding of managing application state, side-effects and network communication methods

• Confident working with source control systems, modern code production tooling & pipelines

• GOV UK Design system components
